1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vantage 8D (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Vantage 8D is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered quality management tools including 8D report generation, root cause analysis (5-Why), and customer response drafting. The Service is provided “as is” and we reserve the right to modify features at any time.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the AI models, using the Service for illegal purposes, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with other users' access to the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
Content you create using the Service (reports, analyses, drafts) belongs to you. The Service itself, including its AI models, design, and code, remains the intellectual property of 8D Report AI.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vantage 8D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI outputs are suggestions and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation.
